Job summary

AES Restaurant Group, LLC, is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead an Arby’s in South Hill, VA. The GM will oversee daily operations, financial performance, staffing, guest satisfaction, food safety, and compliance, with hands-on leadership to build a dependable team and drive results.

The ideal candidate has quick-service leadership experience, a track record of coaching and developing staff, and the ability to manage high-volume, drive-thru operations while maintaining high standards

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of restaurant management experience.
• Experience in quick-service or fast-food environments preferred.
• Experience leading a high-volume, drive-thru restaurant preferred.
• Experience recruiting, training, coaching and developing staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations maintaining high standards for quality, cleanliness, safety, service, and guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and retain restaurant team members and managers.
• Build a positive work environment focused on teamwork, development, and performance.
• Create accurate sales projections and staff schedules based on business needs.
• Manage restaurant financial performance including sales, labor, food cost, cash controls, and inventory.
• Review performance and implement action plans to improve results.
• Develop Assistant Managers and other high-potential employees for future leadership.
• Ensure compliance with company systems, policies, and operating standards.
