Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is hiring an Assistant General Manager for a Dunkin Donuts location. You will help the General Manager oversee daily restaurant operations, coach staff, ensure brand standards, and drive guest satisfaction in a high-volume QSR setting.

The role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and ability to manage shifts, inventory, and cash processes while delivering strong customer service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and management ability.
• Strong customer service orientation.

• Experience in food-service operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in daily operations of the QSR location.
