Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is hiring for Assistant Managers & Shift Supervisors across Dunkin, Burger King, Auntie Anne's, and Retail locations. You will support daily operations, lead teams, and ensure brand standards and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and hands-on management to drive performance in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management abilities with a track record of motivating a team.

Responsibilities

• Confidently delivering performance feedback, setting goals, fostering teamwork, and communicating business objectives.
• Overseeing day-to-day supervision of non-management staff, assigning work, coaching, and developing shift supervisors.
• Step in for the General Manager when needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Address customer needs and resolve issues to maintain positive relationships.
• Maintain brand standards, cash management, inventory checks, and adherence to procedures.
