Applegreen USA Welcome Centers is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a team at our Kennebunk, ME location. The role focuses on driving performance, staff development, customer satisfaction, and adherence to brand standards.

Qualifications

Proven leadership and management skills with ability to motivate a team.
Excellent customer service and strong communication abilities.
Experience in quick service restaurant or similar management operations (2+ years).
Flexible and open work schedule; ability to lift/push objects over 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and communicate objectives.
Oversee day-to-day store operations; supervise non-management staff and assign tasks.
Step in for the general manager when needed and maintain brand standards.
Maintain cash handling accuracy and daily reporting per company guidelines.
Address customer needs and resolve issues to build long-term relationships.
Ensure inventory accuracy with regular checks and spot counts.
