Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking Assistant Managers & Shift Supervisors to help run daily operations and lead teams across its Dunkin, Burger King, Auntie Anne's, and retail locations. The role focuses on delivering strong guest service, supervising staff, and upholding brand standards.

You will assist the General Manager, foster teamwork, and address issues swiftly to maintain smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management abilities with ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent customer service and a positive attitude.
• Clear verbal and written communication, strong business sense.
• Basic food safety knowledge and practice.
• Ability to lift/push objects weighing over 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations and guest experience.
• Provide feedback, set goals, and communicate business objectives.
• Supervise non-management staff and coordinate shift coverage.
• Step in during the GM's absence and maintain operations.
• Motivate staff, manage morale, and ensure brand standards.
• Ensure cash management and daily reporting per directives.
• Address customer needs and resolve issues to preserve relationships.
