This entry-level management track offers exposure to leadership, coaching, and brand standards across multiple quick-service brands.

The role emphasizes delivering performance feedback, supervising staff, and ensuring operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management abilities with a track record of motivating a team.
• Excellent customer service mindset and positive attitude.
• Clear verbal and written communication with business acumen.
• Basic food safety understanding and practices.
• Ability to coach and guide shift supervisors and associates.
• Willingness to lift/push objects weighing over 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, and communicate business objectives to staff.
• Supervise non-management associates, assign work, and coach shifts supervisors.
• Be capable of operating in the absence of the general manager.
• Motivate staff during low morale and maintain strong leadership.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards, policies, and procedures.
• Manage cash and daily reports accurately and timely.
• Address customer needs and resolve issues to build long-term relationships.
• Conduct spot inventory checks to ensure inventory accuracy.
