QT9 Software Inc. is seeking a customer-focused Training & Implementation Specialist to guide organizations through the adoption of our Quality Management Software (QMS).

You will lead training sessions, configure solutions, perform data migrations, and ensure go-live readiness for successful long-term adoption. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, strong communicator, and capable problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Computer Science or related on-the-job experience.
• Strong time management and ability to learn new technologies.
• Independent problem solving and ability to create “outside the box” solutions.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong browser knowledge.
• Experience with SaaS implementations or software training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead training sessions for customers throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Guide organizations through configuration, data migration, and go-live readiness.
• Provide best-practice recommendations to support long-term adoption.
• Troubleshoot business processes and respond to workflow questions.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Support, and Product teams.
• Document findings and resolutions for future reference.
• Identify improvement opportunities based on customer feedback.
