Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Computer Science or related on-the-job experience.
• Strong time management and ability to learn new technologies.
• Independent problem solving and ability to create “outside the box” solutions.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong browser knowledge.
• Experience with SaaS implementations or software training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead training sessions for customers throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Job Summary:

QT9 Software is seeking a customer-focused Training & Implementation Specialist who is passionate about helping organizations successfully adopt our Quality Management Software (QMS). This role partners with customers throughout the implementation lifecycle by leading training sessions, providing best-practice recommendations, troubleshooting business processes, and ensuring customers are positioned for long-term success. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, strong communicator, and skilled problem solver who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage customer onboarding by guiding organizations through implementation, software configuration, training, data migration, and go-live readiness.
• Partner with customers to understand their business processes and requirements, providing best-practice recommendations that support successful implementation and long-term adoption.
• Investigate and resolve customer workflow and configuration questions while documenting findings and resolutions.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to communicate requirements, resolve software-related questions, and identify opportunities for product improvements.
• Identify implementation trends and customer feedback to recommend improvements to QT9 products, implementation processes, and customer experiences.
• Deliver customer training on system functionality and guide customers through implementation activities to support successful adoption and effective use of the software.
• Conduct instructor-led virtual training sessions that support successful customer onboarding and product adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Support, and Product Management, to improve customer outcomes and achieve business objectives.
• Guide customers through data migration activities, including data preparation, validation, and import processes to support successful implementation.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Computer Science (BA or BS) or related on the Job experience

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver effective customer training, with prior SaaS implementation or software training experience preferred.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize implementations and quickly learn new technologies.
• Independent problem solving and ability to create “outside the box” solutions.
• Must be proficient in MS Office – especially Word & Excel.
• Must have a very good understanding of Microsoft Windows and various web browsers (Chrome/Edge/IE/Safari/Firefox).
• Must have good understanding of web-based applications, database concepts, and software configuration principles.
