Qualifications

3–5 years of ERP training and implementation experience.
3–5 years of manufacturing or supply chain experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Intermediate project management skills with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong ability to analyze processes and translate requirements into practical solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
Proven ability to train users with varying levels of technical expertise.
Strong time-management and independent problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and automation.

Responsibilities

Lead ERP implementation and training engagements for customers, virtual and on-site.
Analyze customers' manufacturing, inventory, and supply chain processes to identify improvements.
Guide customers through transition to QT9 ERP to drive adoption and success.
Manage and refine implementation project plans, milestones, and deliverables.
Deliver engaging training on ERP functionality through sessions and webinars.
Identify product enhancements and usability improvements from customer feedback.
Participate in testing and validation of new releases; document findings.
Create and maintain customer-facing training resources and manuals.
Use AI-enabled tools to improve documentation and training content.
Collaborate with Implementation, Support, Product, and Development teams.
Mentor Level I Specialists with best practices.
Travel to customer locations as needed; company-paid travel required.
