Job summary

The Waters of Rushville is seeking Qualified Medication Aides (QMAs) to join our care team. QMAs will administer medications under the supervision of a licensed nurse, using safety techniques and sound judgment to support resident wellbeing.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents' vital signs and respond to changes.
• Calculate dosages and stock the medication cart.
• Audit documentation for accuracy and timeliness.
