Qualifications

• Must hold current QMA license and be able to provide required documentation.
• Administer medications under nurse supervision following regulations.

Responsibilities

• Administer oral, PRN, inhaler, nebulizer, topical, and other medications as prescribed.
• Observe residents for adverse reactions and report concerns to the nurse.
• Document medications given on MAR and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor residents' vital signs and assist with routine care as directed.
• Assist with dosage calculations and restock medication cart.
• Audit documentation for accuracy and timeliness.
