Trilogy Health Services, LLC in Bardstown, KY is seeking a Qualified (Certified) Medication Aide (QMA/CMA) to administer prescribed medications and assist residents with daily living activities under licensed supervision.

Responsibilities include ensuring the five rights of medication administration, proper labeling and storage, and routine charting. State certifications and CNA status are required; 0–1 years experience preferred.

Competenze

• Certified as a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA) by the state.
• Maintain a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification in good standing.

Mansioni

• Set up, administer, and record prescribed medications under supervision.
• Apply the five rights of medication administration.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Label, store, receive, and destroy medications per policy.
• Perform medication charting as directed by the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
