Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Indiana is seeking a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA/CMA) to support residents with prescribed medications and daily living activities under licensed supervision.

You will follow the five rights of medication administration, document changes, and participate in care plans. The role requires QMA/CMA certification (and CNA in good standing); prior experience is welcome as we value growth and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Certified as QMA/CMA by the state and CNA in good standing.
• 0–1 year of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, administer, and record prescribed medications under nurse supervision.
• Follow the five rights of medication administration.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Label, store, receive, and dispose of medications per policy.
