Trilogy Health Services, LLC in Winchester, KY is seeking a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA/CMA) to assist with administering medications and helping residents with activities of daily living. You will work under the supervision of licensed nursing staff and follow state regulations to ensure safe medication practices.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, adherence to the five rights of medication administration, and collaboration with the DON and nursing team.

Competenze

• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Certified as a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA) by the state and maintain a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification in good standing with the state.

Mansioni

• Set up, administer, and record prescribed medications under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Practice the five rights of medication administration.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Label, store, receive and destroy medication per company policy.
• Perform medication charting as directed by the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
