Ideal candidates hold state QMA/CMA certification and a current CNA certification, with 0–1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, administer, and record prescribed medications under licensed nurse supervision.
• Follow the five rights of medication administration.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Label, store, receive and destroy medications per policy.
• Chart medications as directed by Nursing leadership.
