Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC in Lawrenceburg, IN seeks a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA/CMA) to assist with administering medications under nurse supervision and to support residents with daily living activities.

Responsibilities include medication setup, charting, labeling, and ensuring five rights of administration, while assisting residents with daily tasks as needed in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• QMA or CMA certification state-issued, in good standing as CNA
• 0–1 years of relevant experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Set up, administer, and record prescribed medications under licensed nurse supervision
• Observe the five rights of medication administration
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed
• Properly label, store, receive, and destroy medications per policy
• Perform medication charting as directed by Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse
