Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA/CMA) to assist with administering medications to residents and support daily living activities at our Winchester, KY location. You will work under the direction of licensed nurses and the DON to ensure safe, accurate medication handling.

The role requires state QMA/CMA certification and an active CNA certification in good standing, with 0–1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be certified as a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA) by the state and maintain a CNA Certification in good standing.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, administer, and record prescribed medications for residents under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Follow the five rights of medication administration.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Label, store, receive, and destroy medication per policy.
• Perform medication charting as directed by the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
