Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have current QMA license in good standing.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications: oral, PRN, inhalers, nebulizers, topical, nasal, eye, and ear forms.
• Monitor residents' vital signs and observe for drug reactions.
• Document medications administered on MAR and report to nurse.
• Audit medication administration records for accuracy and timeliness.
• Work under supervision of a licensed nurse and follow policies.
