Infinity Healthcare Consulting is hiring a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) in Indiana. You will administer medications under nurse supervision, monitor residents, and document treatments while ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have current QMA, unencumbered state license and must be able to provide all necessary documentation.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations and resident rights must be observed.

Responsibilities

• Administer oral, inhaled, topical, and rectal medications as directed by nurse.
• Monitor residents and report changes to nursing staff.
• Calculate dosages and document administration on MAR.
• Maintain inventory and restock medication cart.
• Record medications given and any PRN treatments per nurse instructions.
• Audit MAR and treatment documentation for accuracy.
