Qualifications

• Must have current QMA, unencumbered state license.

Responsibilities

• Administer oral medications and PRN meds as authorized.
• Prepare inhalers and nebulizer treatments as nurse directs.
• Administer topical, nasal, eye, and ear medications.
• Observe residents for adverse drug reactions and document on MAR.
• Monitor vital signs and document dosage administration.
• Communicate with nurse and document patient responses.
