Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Current QMA license in state of Indiana.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications per nurse instructions and safety protocols.
• Observe residents for adverse reactions and report to nurse on duty.
• Document medications on MAR and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Monitor residents' vital signs and respond to changes.
• Assist with non-invasive treatments as directed.
