Job summary

The Delaney at Parkway Lakes, managed by LCS, is seeking hospitality focused Caregivers/QLS to join our team and provide compassionate care to residents and families.

Full-time shifts are available: 7:00 am–3:00 pm and 3:00 pm–11:00 pm, with a starting pay of $16.00 per hour and comprehensive benefits including 401(k), health and dental insurance, paid time off, and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience working as a CNA/PCA/HHA/RA preferred.
• 1 year experience in assisted living/memory care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.).
• Make beds, change linens as needed, and manage linens.
• Assist residents with meals and daily activities.
• Complete shift assignments and document accordingly.

We are seeking hospitality focused Caregivers/QLS to join our team! Perform various resident care activities and related services essential to caring for personal needs and comfort of residents.

All shifts available. Full-time 7:00 am- 3:00 pm and 3:00 pm-11:00 pm

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Assist all residents/clients with a high quality of personal care, including but not limited to; bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, incontinent care, foot care, vital signs, height and weight checks per policy.
• Make all beds as needed in A.M., turn down as needed in P.M. and change bed linens once each week or PRN.
• Complete resident’s personal laundry as assigned.
• Complete flat linens per shift as assigned.
• Assist residents with meal time.
• Utilize special programs components offered by the community.
• Promote a calm atmosphere.
• Complete and document shift assignments as assigned.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• One (1) year experience working as a CNA/PCA/HHA/RA preferred
• One (1) year experience working in assisted living/memory care preferred
