Job summary

The Delaney of Bridgewater is seeking an outstanding Quality of Life Specialist to join our caring team in Bridgewater, MA. This full-time role features daytime shifts and a $19.00 per hour wage focused on resident well-being and daily living activities.

Primary duties include assisting residents with personal care, meals, and daily activities; timely communication with families and staff; and supporting a warm, hospitality-driven environment that honors dignity and respect for all residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified Home Health Aide or CNA required.
• One year of CNA/PCA/HHA/RA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care including bathing, grooming and vital signs.
• Assist with mealtime and encourage residents to eat.
• Complete and document shift assignments; report if unable to complete.
• Communicate with residents, families and staff when needed.
• Provide planned activities and respond to call lights promptly.
• Support a welcoming, hospitality-driven environment for residents.

We are currently seeking an outstanding Quality of Life Specialist to join our team.

Salary: $19.00 per hour

Full Time hours - Shifts : 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities:

• Assist all residents/clients with a high quality of personal care, including but not limited to; bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, incontinent care, foot care, vital signs, height and weight checks per policy.
• Assist residents with mealtime. Cut food. Encourage to eat.
• Complete and document shift assignments as assigned, if unable to complete, report to nursing supervisor.
• Communicate to residents, families, Department Heads and the Director of Resident Services when needed.
• Provide activities as planned and/or directed.
• Respond to call lights and emergencies in a timely manner.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• Certified Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant required
• One (1) year experience working as a CNA/PCA/HHA/RA preferred
