Job summary

The Delaney at Parkway Lakes, managed by LCS, is seeking hospitality-focused Caregivers/QLS to join our team. Join our friendly staff to perform resident care activities essential to personal needs and comfort.

All shifts available: Full-time 7:00 am-3:00 pm and 3:00 pm-11:00 pm. Starting pay $16.00 per hour; benefits include 401(k), dental, health, and vision insurance, PTO, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1 year CNA/PCA/HHA/RA experience preferred
• 1 year experience in assisted living/memory care preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Make beds and change linens as needed
• Complete resident laundry and linens per shift
• Assist residents with meals
• Promote a calm atmosphere and use community programs
• Document shift assignments and duties

We are seeking hospitality focused Caregivers/QLS to join our team! Perform various resident care activities and related services essential to caring for personal needs and comfort of residents.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Assist all residents/clients with a high quality of personal care, including but not limited to; bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, incontinent care, foot care, vital signs, height and weight checks per policy.
• Make all beds as needed in A.M., turn down as needed in P.M. and change bed linens once each week or PRN.
• Complete resident’s personal laundry as assigned.
• Complete flat linens per shift as assigned.
• Assist residents with meal time.
• Utilize special programs components offered by the community.
• Promote a calm atmosphere.
• Complete and document shift assignments as assigned.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• One (1) year experience working as a CNA/PCA/HHA/RA preferred
• One (1) year experience working in assisted living/memory care preferred
