Job summary

The Delaney at Parkway Lakes is seeking a hospitality-focused LPN/LVN to deliver direct nursing care to residents and supervise care staff. This role requires providing nursing care per physician orders, coordinating with other disciplines, and reporting on resident conditions.

Available shift is full-time 3:00 pm–11:00 pm with mandatory weekends. Benefits include 401(k), health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license valid in state worked.
• Willingness to be available for emergencies regarding the community.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of an LPN/LVN:

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities and actively promote independent life-style of residents.
• Responsible for identification of resident medical and behavioral changes and the development and monitoring of care plans and re-assessment of each resident.
• Provide daily report to the Director of Health Services concerning community conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and needs for nursing supplies.
• Provide nursing care according to physician's orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.
• Ensure preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative services to residents and assists in the coordination of nursing care with care rendered by other disciplines.

• Current nursing license valid in state worked

Pay range $26-28 per hour based on experience.
