Great Livin' LLC is hiring a Qualified Intellectual Professional (QIDP) in Albuquerque, NM. The role reports to the ICF Director and leads the management team in delivering compliant services under NM Medicaid regulations.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree (3+ years in related field preferred) and experience in supervisory roles within ICF/IDD settings. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Bachelor's Degree.
• 3+ years experience preferred in related field.
• Must understand regulatory requirements for ICF/IDD services.
• Proficient with Therap, iSolved and related agency systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Medicaid documents are submitted on time.
• Direct and coordinate service delivery following regulations.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals.
• Recruit and participate in DSP interviews and hiring.
• Train staff on Individual Habilitation Plans (IHP).
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance.
• Attend Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) meetings.
• Oversee DSP schedules and payroll approvals.
• Coordinate intake and discharge for the program.
• Maintain timely, accurate program documentation.
