Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, special education, or a related field.
• Experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations governing services for individuals with IDD.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee Individualized Habilitation Plan (IHP) for each individual served; ensure person-centered goals are met.
• Lead interdisciplinary team meetings to review and modify service plans based on progress.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing services for IDD.
