Job summary

United-Community-Options-of-South-Florida-1 seeks a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) to support an MCP 24-bed ICF/IID. You will ensure the active treatment program is integrated, coordinated, implemented and monitored in collaboration with clients, paraprofessionals, therapists, and medical staff.

You will participate in ongoing staff development, training, and ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations, internal MCPRS policies, and safety standards while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human services or related field is required.
• Master's degree in a human services or related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and participates as part of the interdisciplinary team in active treatment as identified in Florida regulations and MCPRS policies.
• Ensures facilities compliance with applicable Federal, State & local laws, regulations, codes & internal policies pertaining to active treatment, health, and safety.
• Works with clients, paraprofessionals, nonprofessionals, therapists, residential services coordinators, and medical staff to integrate and monitor active treatment programs.
