Job summary

The Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional Coordinator at Trinity Services, Inc. leads QIDPs, ensuring timely assessments and planning documentation for individuals supported.

You will mentor staff, guide the Flourish Planning process, and represent the agency in leadership roles within Network 5. Under the Network Director, you will review candidate applications, manage QIDP performance, and promote high-quality care aligned with state and federal standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related human services field is required.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with people with intellectual/developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily tasks and responsibilities of QIDPs.
• Review QIDP applications and interview candidates.
• Recommend hiring, termination, and promotion decisions.
• Review clinical documentation for compliance with state and federal standards.
• Ensure timely completion of assessments, planning documents, and related meetings.
