Qualifications

• Two years of experience providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• One year supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Federal, State, and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consumer participation in service plans.
• Coordinate personal futures plans and team meetings.
• Monitor service delivery according to regulations.
• Investigate incidents of abuse and ensure corrective actions.
• Manage fiscal spending within budget limits.
