Job summary

Allied Services seeks a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) to oversee the clinical integration of the Developmental Services Division, ensure active treatment meets residents' needs, and maintain a minimum of 20% direct resident contact.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology or related field and at least five years’ direct experience with intellectually/developmentally disabled individuals; CPR certification and background checks required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years experience working directly with intellectually/developmentally disabled individuals.
• CPR certification must be obtained and maintained.
• Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills required for effective interaction with staff, residents, visitors, and external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide care aligned with the Individual Program Plan (IPP) and active treatment.
• Ensure at least 20% direct resident contact.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team under the Director of Developmental Services.
