Job summary

Arvato is seeking a Q-HSE (Quality, Health, and Safety Environment) Specialist to promote a positive safety culture, ensure compliance with corporate standards and OSHA, and maintain a safe workplace. You will inspect environments, train associates, and manage audits and safety performance metrics at the Las Vegas Fulfillment site.

Responsibilities include DG regulatory compliance (DOT/IATA/IMDG/ICAO), DOT and IATA training, and collaboration with the Corporate DG Team on storage and handling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1–2+ years’ experience with EHS, DG or Quality preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, 29 CFR 191, ISO 9001.
• QHSE knowledge required.
• Ability to analyze data, processes, and machinery for safety and environmental concerns.

Responsibilities

• Support the Quality Management System (QMS) and align with local and international standards.
• Assist audits, reporting, and CAPA tracking in collaboration with the Quality Supervisor/Manager.
• Lead LEAN initiatives and KPI tracking to meet performance targets.
• Monitor risk assessments and process evaluations; support corrective actions and audits.
• Oversee quality control activities including calibration monitoring and safety inspections.
