Job summary

Arvato is seeking an Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist to promote a positive safety culture, ensure compliance with OSHA and local regulations, and maintain a safe working environment across sites.

You will develop and administer site safety programs, train associates, lead a safety committee, track KPIs, conduct risk assessments, and support incident investigations while partnering with management to implement improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Environment, Health & Safety.
• OSHA 10-hour or 30-hour training.
• Experience in emergency response planning and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer site-specific safety programs.
• Conduct training and coach associates on safety practices.
• Lead and engage a site safety committee.
• Maintain daily/weekly/monthly safety KPIs for onsite management.
• Perform risk assessments for jobs and new equipment.
• Support incident reporting and root-cause analyses.
• Inspect safety equipment, PPE, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
