Job summary

Arvato is seeking an Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist/Coordinator in Las Vegas to promote a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with OSHA and local regulations. You will develop and administer site safety programs, conduct trainings, and lead safety initiatives across the facility.

The role involves performing risk assessments, drills, audits, and incident investigations while maintaining safety KPIs for onsite leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in an Environment, Health & Safety related field.
• OSHA 10-hour or 30-hour certification.
• Experience in emergency response planning and procedures.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer site-specific safety programs.
• Conduct trainings and coaching associates on observed work habits.
• Lead and engage a site safety committee.
• Maintain KPIs to report to onsite management teams.
• Conduct risk assessments related to jobs and new equipment.
• Execute emergency response drills.
• Track and facilitate trainings across functions.
• Support incident reporting and investigation.
• Conduct root cause analyses.
• Inspect safety equipment, PPE, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
• Fulfill client-related EHS requirements.
• Identify hazards and safety risks through audits.
