Job summary

Interstate Concrete & Asphalt Co., a CRH company, is looking for a QC Technician to join our team in Washington. Training will be provided; no prior experience required. You will collect samples, perform tests, and help ensure quality materials across projects, with office/lab and field tasks, and opportunities for overtime.

We value safety, teamwork, and a proactive approach to problem solving; travel to various plant sites is expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in basic mathematics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PC programs.
• Strong internal and external customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect samples from concrete or aggregate plants.
• Perform and record aggregate gradations.
• Conduct field tests for concrete performance.
• Operate testing equipment and document results.
• Communicate any material flaws to supervisors.
