Job summary

Texas Materials, a CRH company, is seeking a Quality Control Technician to perform inspection, testing, and documentation for plant facilities. You will develop relationships with key customers, DOT personnel, and suppliers while ensuring compliance with contract specs.

Responsibilities include sampling and testing aggregates and asphalt, maintaining test results, and obtaining required certifications in a timely manner to support safe, reliable production across projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• DOT certifications required to test asphalt as per state regulations.
• Experience not required but preferred (less than 1 year).

Responsibilities

• Inspect, sample, and test aggregates, asphalt, or other materials for quality control.
• Sample and test mixtures to meet contract specs and tolerance.
• Monitor and test process functions to ensure products meet requirements.
• Maintain accurate test results and records.
