Job summary

Therapy Smarts is seeking an experienced QASP-S supervisor to oversee ABA service delivery for children and adolescents across clinic and field settings in North Carolina. You will design and supervise behavioral interventions, train staff, and ensure ethical, data-driven practice.

The role offers hybrid work 3 days in clinic and 2 remote, competitive compensation, benefits, and growth opportunities within a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or related field.
• Must hold a QASP-S certification from a recognized credentialing body (QABA).
• Minimum 3 years ABA experience with intervention development/implementation.

Responsibilities

• Build and design ABA and parent training programs.
• Supervise entry-level staff and provide ongoing professional development.
• Collaborate with professionals to implement behavioral intervention plans.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and data-driven decisions.
• Lead training sessions on ABA principles and documentation.
• Educate parents/caregivers on home interventions.
• Monitor ethics, standards, and documentation; manage caseloads.
