Job summary

Therapy Smarts, Inc. is seeking a QASP-S supervisor to oversee ABA services and fieldwork for youth. The role emphasizes collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, training of entry-level staff, and development of behavioral intervention plans.

The position involves parent training, data-driven decision making, and ensuring ethical and high-quality service delivery across clinics and schools. Hybrid work arrangement with on-site and remote components.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or related field.
• Must hold QASP-S certification from QABA or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of ABA experience with intervention development for children/adolescents.
• Preference for 1 year BT or RBT supervisory experience.
• Strong training, mentoring, and supervisory capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise entry-level staff through initial training and ongoing development.
• Conduct Parent Trainings.
• Provide supportive environment and individualized fieldwork experiences.
• Collaborate to design and implement ABA intervention plans.
• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and data review to drive decisions.
• Lead ASP training on ABA principles and documentation.
• Educate caregivers on home interventions and skill generalization.
• Ensure ethics, standards, and documentation compliance.
• Maintain caseloads and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Build and design ABA and parent training programs for youth.
• Oversee clinic operations for efficient service delivery.
• Foster positive team culture and mentorship within the Autism Service Team.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve program goals.
