Job summary

Total Care ABA in Jacksonville, NC seeks a Qualified Autism Services Practitioner – Supervisor (QASP-S) to deliver ABA therapy to children with autism and supervise Behavior Technicians. You will work with BCBAs and families to ensure treatment plans are followed and progress is data-driven.

The role requires a current QASP-S certification, a bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field, and experience supervising staff.

Qualifications

• Current QASP-S certification
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism
• Experience supervising or mentoring Behavior Technicians
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and practices
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with families and clinical teams
• Experience with parent/caregiver training
• Experience with North Carolina Medicaid services

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services and clinical support to children with autism
• Supervise and support Behavior Technicians implementing ABA treatment plans
• Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis
• Assist with implementing individualized behavior intervention plans
• Provide feedback and coaching to direct-care staff
• Support caregiver training and family collaboration
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with BCBAs and the clinical team to ensure quality services
• Promote ethical and evidence-based ABA practices
