Job summary

Therapy Smarts in North Carolina seeks an experienced leader to join our ABA program in a multi-disciplinary clinic. The role focuses on designing ABA and parent training for children and adolescents while supervising the Autism Service Team and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years ABA experience with intervention design.
• Must hold a professional license from NC Behavior Analyst Licensure Board.
• Must be a Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA).
• Supervisory experience with BT or RBT preferred.
• Experience mentoring in intensive treatment settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and design ABA and parent training programs for children and teens.
• Oversee clinic operations for effective service delivery.
• Foster positive team culture and morale.
• Supervise Autism Service Team with performance plans and evaluations.
