Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring a Qualified Autism Services Practitioner Supervisor (QASP-S) in New Bern, NC to lead ABA services and supervise Behavior Technicians. You will collaborate with BCBAs, families, and the clinical team to implement effective treatment plans and ensure quality care for children with autism.

The role emphasizes supervision, data-driven progress, caregiver training, and compliant clinical documentation in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• As required, must hold QASP-S certification and supervise Behavior Technicians.
• Experience delivering ABA services to children with autism.
• Strong communication and collaboration with families and clinicians.
• Ability to train caregivers and maintain clinical documentation.
• Experience with North Carolina Medicaid services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services and clinical support to children with autism.
• Supervise and support Behavior Technicians implementing ABA plans.
• Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis.
• Assist with implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Provide feedback and coaching to direct-care staff.

What Total Care ABA requires from you:

• Current Qualified Autism Services Practitioner Supervisor (QASP-S) certification
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism spectrum disorder
• Experience supervising or mentoring Behavior Technicians
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and practices
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with families and clinical teams
• Experience with parent/caregiver training
• Experience with North Carolina Medicaid services
