Job summary

Anova Education seeks an experienced QASP-S ABA Supervisor to guide entry-level staff, develop programs, monitor goals, and ensure ethical service delivery across clinics, schools, and community settings in Durham, NC.

You will train staff and families, conduct functional assessments, review data, and collaborate with OT, SLP, PT, and mental health teams in a hybrid 3 days in clinic, 2 days remote schedule.

Qualifications

• Must hold the QASP-S certification from a recognized credentialing body (QABA).
• Minimum of 3 years ABA experience with intervention development and implementation for children and adolescents.
• 1 year supervising BT or RBT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise entry-level staff and provide ongoing professional development.
• Conduct parent trainings and support families.
• Collaborate to design and implement ABA intervention plans.
• Perform functional behavioral assessments and review progress data.
• Lead training sessions on ABA principles and documentation.
• Educate families on implementing interventions at home.
• Monitor ethical guidelines and program standards.
• Maintain caseloads and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Oversee clinic operations and promote positive team culture.
