Job summary

NOW Health Group INC is seeking a Training Coordinator to lead onboarding and ongoing training for manufacturing staff. You will deliver classroom and hands-on sessions, maintain records, and ensure compliance with SOPs, HACCP, and safety policies.

You will develop curricula, support audits, and partner with Quality and Safety to close knowledge gaps while supporting a safe, efficient production environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with two years related experience.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced MS Office and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Experience with electronic documentation management software preferred.
• Working knowledge of Oracle or another ERP system preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates onboarding and operational training sessions for new hires.
• Reviews Work Instructions, SOPs, Forms, HACCP, and safety procedures.
• Maintains training records and signoffs; uploads docs to tracking systems.
• Supports hands-on OJT on the production floor; coaches equipment use and safety.
• Develops training curriculum for NOW's programs.
• Assists with weekly hands-on training activities and demonstrations.
• Collaborates with Production, Quality, and Safety to identify training needs.
• Ensures training compliance and audit readiness.
