Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking a Quality Assurance Testing Manager to lead software testing strategy and activities across the organization. You will work with the application development team and key partners to determine testing needs and drive strategy development.

The role requires strong leadership, deep testing knowledge, and the ability to deliver structured test plans and best practices, including automation and risk-aware decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with eight years of quality experience.
• Or a High School Diploma with twelve years of quality experience.
• Advanced knowledge of software testing methodologies.
• Experience with test case design and strategy.
• Experience with test management tools such as Azure DevOps, qTest or ALM.
• Management/supervisory experience and knowledge of Regions standards.
• Ability to translate business requirements into testing plans.

Responsibilities

• Leads testing strategy and activities to improve application functionality.
• Develops strategic plans for testing across the organization.
• Manages comprehensive test plans and test case scenarios.
• Oversees automated and manual testing and post-production validation.
• Collaborates with teams on non-functional testing like performance and security.
