Regions Bank is hiring a Senior SDET to lead automation strategy and framework architecture, driving quality across applications. You will mentor junior engineers, guide cross-functional teams, and push innovative automation solutions, including GenAI-enabled testing, while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

The role requires senior technical leadership, experience with web, desktop, and mobile automation, and a strong background in CI/CD practices.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with five years of experience in test automation or software development
• Alternative: High School Diploma with nine years of test automation/software development experience
• Experience with IDEs such as Visual Studio, Eclipse, or IntelliJ
• Experience with C#, Java, Python, and Typescript
• Experience with NUnit, TestNG, RestSharp, and RestAssured
• Experience with Selenium, Playwright, Tricentis Tosca, and Postman

Aufgaben

• Designs and maintains enterprise automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright) integrated with modern tools
• Defines best practices for automation, code reviews, and quality gates
• Leads automation initiatives across web, desktop, and mobile platforms
• Provides technical leadership and guides junior engineers
• Drives adoption of advanced automation solutions for complex scenarios
• Evaluates and implements GenAI and other new technologies
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align strategies
• Integrates automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and supports distributed execution (Selenium Grid, SauceLabs)
• Serves as technical authority for automated testing across the SDLC
• Champions best practices in test automation and methodologies
• Ensures compliance with risk management and cybersecurity practices
