Description of Services

The role of the software test manager is to lead the testing team. The Test Manager plays a central role in the team, taking full responsibility for the project's success. Responsibilities include quality and test advocacy, resource planning and management, and resolution of issues that impede testing.

The QA3 Engineer will be responsible for developing, executing, and maintaining test scripts for both automated and manual testing of EHR applications. This includes preparing UAT test cases aligned with business requirements, conducting walkthroughs with stakeholders, tracking test case execution, and providing reports.

Candidate Will Have:

• Experience in writing and executing test cases and creating test plans.
• Knowledge of SaaS product testing, usability concepts, and software development lifecycle.
• Experience managing testing processes, including creation and execution of test plans, test cases, and test data for manual and automated testing.
• Experience in scripting within electronic medical records, practice management, clinical, interface, and billing workflows in an EHR system.
• Ability to generate manual and automated test scripts supporting business requirements.
• Strong QA automation testing experience using UFT.
• Proficiency with ALM and JIRA tools.
• Strong SQL query writing and database validation skills.
• Experience with defect tracking and management tools.
• Knowledge and experience with HL7 FHIR preferred.
• Experience with various testing types: unit, integration, regression, smoke, UAT, system, stress, and load testing.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders, IT teams, and project managers.
• Experience mentoring QA team members and training on testing methodologies.
• Experience working in a state agency is preferred.
• Experience with automated testing tools like Katalon, Selenium, ALM, UTF, etc.
