Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to manage the site quality management system and align processes with standards and customer requirements. You will lead documentation efforts and educate operations on QMS requirements while supporting the Kenco Operating System implementation related to quality assurance.

The role focuses on maintaining policies, driving audits, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities to strengthen the quality program across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of quality assurance experience.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Lead Auditor Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update site quality policies, procedures, standard work instructions, and tools.
• Administer internal audit program and train auditors.
• Identify training needs and organize quality-related training.
• Investigate customer complaints and root-cause/corrective actions.
• Collect and analyze quality data to identify improvements.
