Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to help manage the site quality management system and align processes with standards and customer requirements. You will lead the creation of documents and tools to guide the QMS and educate operations on quality system requirements, while supporting the Kenco Operating System implementation related to quality assurance.

The role involves maintaining policies and procedures, administering audits, organizing training, investigating complaints

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in engineering, business, or related field.
• 2-4 years’ experience in a quality assurance role.
• Knowledge and experience with ISO 9001:2015.
• Lead Auditor Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, update, and add site policies, procedures, standard work instructions, and tools to improve the quality management system.
• Administer internal audit program to ensure QMS compliance and train auditors.
• Identify training needs and organize quality training interventions.
• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance with root-cause and corrective actions.
• Collect and analyze quality data to identify improvement opportunities.
