Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated in Roanoke is seeking a Supervisor, Quality Assurance to lead QA personnel and ensure the quality and safety of products produced and shipped from the facility. This role enforces certification, regulatory, customer, and brand requirements and drives continuous improvement projects.

You will manage the QA team and CMS program, perform internal audits, and analyze lab data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervision experience in a manufacturing/QA setting.
• Ability to analyze data and drive continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of quality systems, labs, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise QA team on floor and in the QA Lab.
• Coach and develop teammates through performance management and training.
• Lead CMS program, audits, and documentation for compliance.
• Analyze laboratory data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
• Support internal and external audits from regulators and customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet quality standards.
