Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottlers (CONA Services) is seeking a Supervisor, Quality Assurance (QA) for the night shift in Indianapolis, IN. The role leads QA personnel and guides cross-functional teams to meet quality and food safety standards for products produced and shipped from the site.

You will manage the CMS program, emphasize continuous improvement, and ensure regulatory, certification, and customer requirements are met, while supporting audits and data analysis to drive product quality.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or up to 3 years of college or technical school.
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, lead, and motivate a team on the manufacturing floor and QA Lab to deliver results including quality and customer satisfaction, safety practices, and deadlines.
• Engage and develop teammates through coaching and training.
• Implement continuous improvement methods while maintaining customer focus and aligning with company values to inspire servant leadership.
• Manage and support the CMS program ensuring QA specifications and regulatory requirements are met; perform internal audits of program elements.
• Process laboratory data, monitor data for accuracy via exception reporting, analyze data, identify unfavorable trends, and recommend improvements.
• Support and assist audits from internal and external regulatory, certification, customer, and brand owners.
